The Mindset Reset Series

for School Communities

Every school community faces unique challenges, but one thing remains constant: the way we think influences how we learn, respond to challenges, build relationships and support our wellbeing.

The Mindset Reset Series helps students, parents and educators develop a deeper awareness of their thoughts, emotions and responses, so they can build confidence, resilience and the mindset skills needed to navigate everyday challenges.

Drawing on over 23 years of experience in primary education, combined with my own experience as a parent, I understand the challenges faced by students, families and educators from both school and home perspectives.

Each workshop is designed to support the unique needs of your school community, helping participants create meaningful mindset shifts and develop skills they can continue using at school, at home and throughout life.

Supporting Your School Community Through Mindset

Creating meaningful change happens when students, parents and educators are supported with a shared understanding of mindset.

Meaningful Mindset Shifts

Each workshop helps participants better understand their thoughts, emotions and responses, creating positive shifts that support wellbeing, confidence and resilience.

A Whole-School Approach

The Mindset Reset Series provides support for students, parents and educators, allowing schools to choose the workshops that best meet the needs of their community.

Designed Around Your School's Needs

Whether you are looking to support staff wellbeing, strengthen parent partnerships or provide students with lifelong mindset skills, workshops can be tailored to your school's goals and priorities.

Why Mindset Matters

The Mindset Reset Series is more than a collection of workshops.

Each session is designed to help participants better understand how their mindset influences the way they think, feel and respond to everyday situations.

Through guided reflection, relatable examples and practical mindset tools, participants learn to recognise unhelpful thinking patterns, explore more helpful perspectives and make meaningful mindset shifts that are relevant to their own lives.

Rather than telling people what to think, the workshops empower them to develop the awareness, understanding and confidence to make choices that support their learning, relationships, wellbeing and everyday challenges, both at school and at home.

Supporting The Whole School Community

Supporting STUDENTS creates change.

Supporting PARENTS creates change.

Supporting EDUCATORS creates change.

When students, parents and educators share a common understanding of mindset, positive change extends beyond individual workshops and becomes part of the school culture.

The Mindset Reset Series includes workshops designed specifically for each of these groups. Schools can choose individual workshops or combine them to create a whole-school approach that aligns with their goals, priorities and budget.

Together, these workshops build a shared language around mindset, strengthen wellbeing and resilience, and help create a more connected, confident school community.

The Mindset Reset Approach

Every Mindset Reset workshop is built around a simple framework that helps participants move from awareness to action.

Three interconnected boxes labeled Notice, Understand, and Shift. The Notice box explains becoming aware of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment. The Understand box guides exploring how your mindset influences your thinking, feeling, and responding. The Shift box encourages creating meaningful changes that support confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.

We don't tell people what to think.

We help them understand their thinking so they can create meaningful mindset shifts that work for them.

Supporting the NSW PDHPE Curriculum

As an experienced teacher, I understand the challenge of balancing a busy curriculum while also supporting students' social, emotional and wellbeing needs. Schools are expected to develop confident, resilient and emotionally aware young people, yet finding dedicated time to explicitly teach these essential life skills can be difficult.

Positive Mindset Project workshops provide an engaging and practical way to reinforce the personal and social capabilities embedded within the NSW PDHPE curriculum. Through interactive, age-appropriate learning experiences, students build skills in resilience, confidence, self-awareness, emotional regulation, positive self-talk and goal setting, giving schools meaningful support in an area that has never been more important.
