Hi, l’m Melissa and l am the founder of Positive Mindset Project.
I’m a wife, a mum to three amazing kids and a passionate educator with over 20 years of experience in teaching, most recently supporting students with diverse learning and emotional needs.
My journey through education, parenting and personal growth has shown me just how powerful a positive mindset can be - for all of us. It’s led me to explore practical ways to build resilience, foster self-belief, tackle challenges with a ‘can do’ attitude and create a healthy, balanced life.
I’ve seen firsthand how resilience, self-belief and a growth mindset can transform challenges into opportunities, both in the classroom and beyond.
Through my research, studies and personal development, I’ve gained practical strategies and a deeper understanding of how our beliefs about ourselves shape our path to success - no matter our age.
That’s why I’m now focused on helping people of all ages - children, teens, parents, educators and adults navigating life’s ups and downs - to tap into their inner strength and become the best version of themselves.
Through coaching/mentoring, workshops, online programs and digital resources, I share practical tools and insights to help others build confidence, set goals, manage setbacks and create a more balanced and empowered life.
