The student workshops have been designed with links to the PDHPE Syllabus to assist teachers in ticking off outcomes in a ‘done for you’ experience for their students. With both listening and hands-on activities, students will have the opportunity to collaborate with their peers to get the most out of the session.
Growth Mindset and Wellbeing are closely aligned with several key areas of the curriculum.
The NSW PDHPE Syllabus emphasises the development of physical, social, emotional and cognitive skills, which are essential for fostering lifelong health and wellbeing.

GROWTH MINDSET WORKSHOP PARENTS
Perfect for parents and carers in the school community who want to develop practical skills to enhance their own understanding of Growth Mindset while supporting their families in fostering a positive sense of wellbeing.
Running time: 90mins
Includes: Explicit teaching of Growth Mindset & Wellbeing fundamentals, independent reflection opportunities, access to free resources & discounts for online resources available on our website.
COST: $680 (+GST) for sessions run during the school day 9am-3pm.
$780 (+GST) for sessions run between the hours 3pm-7:30pm.

GROWTH MINDSET STAFF PD
Suitable for all school staff who want to be equipped with the tools and strategies to foster a positive, Growth Mindset-oriented classroom environment while also prioritising their own mental health. The session would provide practical techniques to manage stress, maintain balance, and build their own well-being, empowering them to be more effective, engaged and fulfilled educators.
Presented either face-to-face at school or via zoom.
Running time: 1 - 1.5 hours (suitable for staff meeting) Contact us for full day PD content and pricing)
COST: $750 (+GST) for sessions via Zoom & $850 (+GST)for Face-to-Face sessions on school site.

Workshop organisation
After a booking is made
Teachers will be emailed an outline of the workshop along with the PDHPE outcomes to be covered.
A Workbook PDF will be made available a week prior to the presentation via email once the deposit is paid. The Workbook is to be printed by school staff, ready for students to access on the day. Lead pencils or pens need to be supplied by the school.
Organisation for the day of workshop
The school will need to supply the following:
An indoor space suitable for students to sit comfortably and listen, as well as move into small groups for passive hands-on activities.
A slide presentation will be used to present information during the workshops using our own laptop. We kindly ask a staff member to be responsible for setting up the necessary equipment and audio on the day.
A printed Work Booklet for each student (if your school would prefer a Workshop without Workbooks please let me know in the notes when making your booking)
A microphone if you feel it is required for the space and size of the group.
