
Terms and Conditions for school workshops
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email from: bookings.positivemindsetproject@gmail.com.
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure the booking, with the balance due on the workshop date.
Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, credit card.
2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations made by the client 2 WEEKS (or more) prior to the workshop date will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 2 WEEKS before the workshop date are non-refundable.
If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by Positive Mindset Project, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
3. RESCHEDULING
Clients may request to reschedule the workshop up to 2 WEEKS prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability and additional fees (if applicable).
4. WORKSHOP CONTENT
All materials and content provided during the workshop are for educational purposes only and remain the intellectual property of Positive Mindset Project.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share workshop materials without prior written permission.
5. PARTICIPANT BEHAVIOUR
All participants are expected to engage respectfully during the workshop. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund. It is expected that students are supervised by school staff during the workshops.
6. LIABILITY
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality workshops, Positive Mindset Workshop is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken as a result of participation in the workshop.
7. PRIVACY PROTECTION
Any personal information collected during the booking process or workshop will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.
Workshops may not be recorded, photographed, or live-streamed without prior permission.
8. HEALTH & SAFETY
For in-person workshops, the venue must comply with all health and safety standards, including accessibility requirements.
Participants are responsible for notifying Positive Mindset Project of any specific needs or accommodations prior to the workshop.
9. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Positive Mindset Project is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
